My name is Delanie and I’ve never met a cat I didn’t like. I experienced my first feline bond at age 12 with a cat who adopted our family (you read that right). Her companionship taught me how to communicate with cats, value their personalities, and cherish their love. When she crossed over the rainbow bridge in 2018, I knew she changed my life forever—my grief was love with nowhere to go, and the love was cat-shaped.
I started Pure Purr to meet, care for, and love the cats in my Seattle neighborhood. I have experience with asthmatic cats, cats with kidney disease, kitten training, and senior kitties. I can administer medications orally, topically, and transdermally and am comfortable learning other methods.

If you are a new client, please book a free meet and greet first with me to discuss your cat’s needs and make sure it’s a good fit! We can go over care instructions and answer any questions you may have.

For returning clients, decide on the service that’s best for you and your cats, then use the booking portal to reserve your desired date and time.

Every visit includes serving your cat(s) food, water, treats, and medications; scooping their litter box(es); and playtime. You receive a minimum of 5 photos and 1 video per visit. The pricing depends on the length of each visit, starting at 30 minutes for $30.

Visit summaries, photos, and videos are sent via text message to the cell phone number associated with the booking. iMessage, Signal, or WhatsApp can be used if you are traveling without a cellular data plan.

Yes, I have a specific insurance policy and bonding for the duration that your pet is under my care.

A full refund is available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the first visit begins. For example, if you schedule a week of visits and your first booked visit is scheduled for Monday at 9:00 AM, you must cancel any requested bookings by Saturday at 8:59 AM, even if you’re canceling a visit at the end of your trip. Visits cancelled less than 48 hours before the service begins may be issued a credit toward your next booking.
